Physiotherapy

During our lives many of us may unfortunately experience injury, trauma, illness or adopt poor postures which result in pain and/or stiffness in muscles, joints or nerves. Physiotherapy can help:-

At McKenna Method, you are treated as an individual and receive undivided attention for the duration of your appointment. You are actively involved in the session so that the treatment, exercise and advice are tailored to work the best for you.

Physiotherapy involves an initial consultation, information will be collected in detail about your particular health issue and a physical assessment will take place to investigate your particular area of concern. Physiotherapy options will be discussed and initial treatment will be provided.
